Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what’s wrong. You know your life isn’t where you want it to be, but the next step feels unclear. You’re not alone in feeling this way, and taking that first step is often the hardest part.

Frequency:
Sessions are held weekly on the same day and at the same time for 50 minutes.
Fee:
The fee for each 50-minute session is £110
